Simpson Gumpertz and Heger (SGH) is pleased to offer an intensive review course for the Structural Systems division of the Architectural Registration Examination (ARE). The course is organized by Matthew C. Carlton, AIA, the Mentor of the BSA’s A.R.E Success Teams Network and a staff member at SGH. Structural engineers from SGH will lead comprehensive review sessions that will help prepare ARE candidates for the Structural Systems division of the exam.
Class sessions will be held over a nine week period starting on 9 September 2014 at SGH’s corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA. Class sessions will include lectures on topics relevant to the exam, guided problem solving, demonstrations, and the opportunity for individualized help. The course will include recommended reading and weekly homework problems to reinforce concepts covered in class.
Ample free parking is located on the premises, and pizza will be provided.
