Event Details

Nick Desaulniers will present Convergence of the Browser and OS

The talk will be around the concept that more and more we'll start seeing the integration of web browsers as the main windowing system users see in their operating system.  Browsers are the best way to execute remote applications, and work very hard to sandbox remote content.  They expose safe APIs analogous to a new ring of security.
