How do I get my tickets once I have purchased them online
Tickets purchased on-line, will receive an email confirmation with a link to print your eTickets from your computer.
I did not receive an email confirmation when I ordered my tickets, what should I do?
Check your spam or gray mail folder, in case it was misdirected. If you are unable to find it, email firstname.lastname@example.org to have it resent. Please include the name and email address used to order the tickets.
I am not able to print my tickets, what should I do?
Adobe has a site which reviews the common issues with printing .pdf files
In the article you will see the quickest resolution is to print as an image - Step 1 : If this article doesn't help to resolve the issue, please let us know. We can send you the .pdf as an email attachment rather than having you access the ticket from the link in the email. And of course, if that doesn't work, we can print the tickets and get them to you by another means. The tickets have my name but I want to give them as a gift, donate, etc., can the be used by someone else?
Yes, the tickets are transferrable. The name on the ticket does not need to be the ticket holder at the gate. If you would like to have the name on the ticket changed or removed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, we can update the tickets on your behalf.
Can the Single Day Ticket be used for either day?
Yes, the 2014 Single Day Ticket can be used for San Francisco Flower & Garden Show on any day, March 19 through March 23, 2014.
Do Show tickets allow multiple entries over a few days?
The Early Bird Adult and General Adult tickets are only good for one day of the Show. You can purchase an All-Show Pass that will admit you all 5 days. Adult tickets can be upgraded at the door for the All-Show Pass for $15. Youth 16 years of age and under are FREE!
Can the Multi-day Pass be shared between attendees?
No, the Multi-day Pass cannot be shared.
Are there in/out privileges at the San Francisco Flower & Garden Show?
Yes, attendees can come in and out of the Faire. They will need to get a stamp at the exit gate before leaving if they want to come back the same day.
What are the hours of the Show?
10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Is the San Mateo Event Center accessible to disabled persons? Are there wheelchairs available? Where is parking for disabled persons?
The San Mateo Event Center in California is accessible to disabled persons with parking available in the main lot (the parking attendants will direct you). The show does have wheelchairs (first come, first served) available at the Information Booth at the East Gate.
Keep in mind that it can be difficult to navigate through the show during peak hours, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and on the weekend days.

Refunds and exchanges are prohibited except to the extent required by the applicable laws or permitted by Management’s policies. The Event date and time is subject to change. Resale and/or transfer of the ticket may be prohibited by Management’s policies, and if so, any such resale and/or transfer is void to the maximum extent allowed by applicable laws. Any such unauthorized resale and/or transfer may result in refusal of entry without refund. Tickets not obtained directly from Management may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or invalid, in which case they will not be honored.
