Introduction to appliances; juicers vs. blender, dehydrators, and slicers. Miscellaneous kitchen helpers. Setting up your kitchen with stocking your pantry. Demonstration of how to use the right appliance to create mouthwatering recipes for optimum health and rejuvenation.
You'll come away from this class with an understanding of the basics of Raw Food and a better understanding of how to prepare a variety of textures for your raw food meals.
The cost is $20.00 for the class as well as getting the chance to sample some of the class prepared items.
