Workshop Description: Often many of us find ourselves in situations we wish we never agreed to. Most of the time we are either not clear on what we want or afraid of rejection. In this workshop, you will learn practical tools to make empowered decisions. Discover that setting healthy boundaries facilitates more honest, respectful, and loving relationships with yourself and others.
- Learn ways to make more self-honoring choices.
- Become clear about what you want and how to claim it.
- Identify the patterns that have prevented you from choosing what works for you.
- Stop making others' opinions more important than your “truth”.
- Develop skills to stand in your divine power.
