Session 4: Staying Well with Hope, Gratitude, Curiosity, Zest and Love: Denise @ CareGiving
In our work, we do what we can to keep a client and a family caregiver well. What about keeping ourselves well? In this program, we’ll look at the five traits of well-being, as described in Positive Psychology: Hope, Gratitude, Curiosity, Zest and Capacity to Love and Be Loved. During the program, you’ll create an action list to help you incorporate each trait in your work and in your life presented by Denise from CareGiving for the CoursePark Nursing Community Events
