Hello BEST teams!


This invite is for an online session covering the advanced and new capabilities of Simulink software that will be available to all teams in 2013 to program your robots. This presentation, provided by MathWorks (developers of Simulink), is intended for all BEST hub personnel and team members, including teachers and mentors. It will go over examples and use cases of Simulink programs specifically for the Gatekeeper 2013 competition. If you have haven’t attended the previous session on Simulink Introduction, please watch the tutorial videos at that cover the basics.

Outline of the presentation:

- Overview of the Simulink VEX library

- How to control motion the robot grip/claw

- Simulink 3D World for Simulation/Debugging (***NEW***)

- Fabrication Data Analysis Tool (***NEW***)

- Q&A


To watch the online session, attendees do not need any speacial software or robot hardware. 
The only requirement is a computer with internet access and speakers.
