The Provider Assignment module in SESIS will be available for service providers and supervisors to arrange special education services starting the 2014-15 school year.
Beginning in the fall, staff will no longer use IVR to record first attend dates to confirm that students have begun receiving IEP-mandated services and will use SESIS for all steps of the process of arranging services for school-age students. Additionally, staff will use the Provider Assignment module to assign students to individual provider caseloads and to confirm that students have begun receiving services (“first attend”).
Administrator of Special Education (ASE), Office of Related Services (ORS), Data and Accountability Team join us for training on the SESIS Provider Assignment module.
