What We Do?
Acts of Safety classes are designed like no other classes. Handling the food for the public is not the same as most people think. This is why we provide you with the ACTS to follow. Acts of Safety trainers are all Sanitarians with more than twenty years of education and experience to teach you how to turn your customers into long-term customers.
This course includes a powerpoint presentation, training along with printed material, a ninety question online exam voucher, in additon to procotoring of the Servsafe exam, which is administered after the training with immediate exam results.
We train managers how to handle food safely during the flow of food process. We also train you on the rules of a clean and sanitized establishment.
What will I learn?
Our course teaches the most recent foodborne illnesses and updates in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) food code and meets regulatory requirements for the State of Texas and Louisiana.
Upon completing the ServSafe training along with a passage score of 75% or greater you will earn the nationally accredited food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association, which is valid for five years.
What Type of Certification will I receive upon passing?
You will receive the best and the Highest National Certification
The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification exam is accredited by American National Standards Institute-(ANSI) Conference for Food Protection-(CFP) and is proctored by a registered ServSafe® Examination Proctor.
Who will teach me?
Acts of Safety Instructors are also former inspectors, that said, they know the material that they are teaching because they have regulated and enforced it as former Health Inspectors. So, get the best for your training.
Acts of Safety instructors are former Health Inspectors and will also provide training on a well sanitized establishment, in addition to common violations to avoid in order to maintain an "A" rating with your local health department and the other social websites that customers rate you on such as http://www.yelp.com
This is what sets us above and beyond the rest.
