BDR's Service Dispatch University is a hands-on workshop

FAQs 

Travel:

If you are flying into Atlanta you will want to travel into the Hartlsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.  You should arrive no later than the evening before the class begins and depart no earlier than 6:30 pm on the final day of the workshop.

We are recommending that flight arrangements be made 21-28 days before travel.  Yow will be receiving a Welcome Packet via email approxiamately 60 days prior to the event.

 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

 

Each client is responsible for their own transportation to the class.  The Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North is located off I-85 a 4.1 mile drive from airport to hotel.

The hotel offers a complimentary 22-hour shuttle service and self-parking.

  • Shuttle hours 4:00 am - 2:00 am leaving hotel on the 1/2 hour.
  • Arrives at airport at 15 & 45 minutes after the hour.
  • Catch shuttle in ground transportation, Zone 2 / Spaces 25-29.
  • Silver Mercedes shuttle with Hilton Garden North on it.
    • There is more than one Hilton Garden so be sure that you board the correct shuttle.

What is the refund policy?

For cancellations before November 8, 2016 there is a $200 per person cancellation fee

All cancellations after November 8, 2016 are non-refundable.
