The DBIA-Western Pacific Region is hosting a number of Community College Facilities professionals to hear from two of the state’s leading Owner practitioners on Lessons Learned using the Design-Build delivery model.  Both Dave Umstot from the San Diego Community College District and Jose Nunez from the San Mateo County Community College District have become proponents of the Design-Build delivery model and have great stories to tell.
