Description: 
A one of a kind high intensity, 1 hour workout experience with two of New York City's best personal trainers, Chaz Dawson and Saladin Butler. Prepare for an intense full body workout that will leave you feeling more than ready for the summer! Our workouts will challenge your body in a whole new way and will teach you routines that you can add to future workouts.

Saladin 
  • Certified Personal Training License - American Council on Exercise (ACE)

About "CHEI Fitness"
Chaz Dawson created Chei Fitness after working as a personal trainer for 5 years. As a former collegiate football player, Chaz incorporates athletic training methods into workouts that anyone could do.

About "Butler Training"
Saladin Butler is a personal trainer who's known for his high intensity workouts and "Go hard or Go Home" attitude. With a background in kickboxing, Sal understands what it takes to push your body to the next level to achieve your fitness goals. 
 Why "Seize the Summer"?:
"Seize the Summer" was created to encourage a healthier lifestyle for New York City residents by providing creative avenues to achieve physical fitness in a group setting. With imminent high temperature days, beach trips, and vacations, now is the perfect time to Seize the Summer! 
 
 


Additional Information:
  • A combination of Dynamic Warmups, Circuit Training, Stretching, and core challenges!! 
  • ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
  • Recommend wearing training shoes. Workout will be performed in grass.
  • Fitness mats, yoga mats, or beach towels are recommended for the core challenge.
  • Post workout recovery fluids & towels available.
  • Brief Q&A session for any and all inquires on how to get the most out of your workouts.
 
 
 
Policies:
  • RAIN CHECK- If we are unable to have Saturday morning class due to rain, Sunday (the next day) will serve as the makeup day. An email will be sent to all registrants in case of rain cancellation. 
  • If Sunday is inconvenient for you just let us know and you will receive a rain check for 1 future class session. 
  • CANCELLATION (REFUNDS)- 24 hour cancellation is required in order to receive full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in 1 credit for a future class.
