Robin D. Groover is Owner and Master Educator for Too Groovy Salon. In addition to teaching Too Groovy stylists hair styling and maintenance Groover teaches her stylist how to build strong lasting relationships with clients through consultation and communication, including knowing what questions to ask the client, understanding customer needs, “touch and feel” and visual analysis of the hair and scalp, as well as product knowledge. Because of the rapport and trust between Too Groovy Salon stylist and their clients Too Groovy has been able to maintain a loyal client base who value the service Too Groovy provides.
