Seed Saving Class: Super Easy Plants

Join us for an evening of seed saving basics, including some hands-on practice. Learn how to save seeds from your garden so you have seeds for next year. No previous seed saving experience needed. Learn some basic vocabulary of seed saving and how to save seeds from the following families:
* Sunflower Family: artichoke, cardoon, endive, lettuce, salsify, shungiku (edible chrysanthemum), sunflower.
* Pea Family: bean, lentil, pea, soybean
* Nightshade Family: cape gooseberry, eggplant, ground cherry, pepper, tomatillo, tomato.
If you are planning on attending, please make sure you fill in the Eventbrite registration form. It is available on the RichmondGrowsSeeds.org website. Filling in the form will enable us to email you the class handout beforehand.
