Get concrete strategies for where to travel and how to do it so that your dollar stretches and your enjoyment soars. Bring a pen and paper or a computer as resources and connections will be plentiful.

The event begins at 6:30 in Hostelling International Boston's Community Room. Light refreshments will be provided.

Hostelling International Boston

Hostelling International Boston (HI-Boston) is part of Hostelling International USA (HI-USA)the U.S. affiliate of Hostelling International, a worldwide non-profit federation recognized by UNESCO as “engaged in activities in a spirit of cooperation, tolerance and solidarity, in the interest of humankind and respect to cultural identities.”  HI-Boston opened its new hostel in June 2012 (replacing the hostel originally opened 1983). The new hostel brings more than 46,000 visitors to Boston each year, 60 percent of which will be international guests coming from over 85 countries. The facility has been constructed to LEED certification standards and is committed to a green initiative. HI-Boston is dedicated to its community and provides on location and outreach programming where Boston youth and local travelers are educated about global cultures.
