Please join us for a special reception benefitting NatureBridge programs in Southern California at The Buffalo Club in Santa Monica on Thursday, January 17 from 6:30 to 9 pm!
NatureBridge has been educating young people in nature since starting in Yosemite National Park in 1971. Our presence in Southern California is growing with more than 1,500 students scheduled to attend our programs in the Santa Monica Mountains and Channel Islands National Parks this year.
Joins us on January 17 for an evening of inspiration, good food, and good company. Board Chair Geoff Given will address NatureBridge’s bold vision and strategies to create the next generation of environmental leaders. Award winning cinematographer, director, and producer Louie Schwartzberg will inspire with his stunning time-lapse nature photography and thoughts on gratitude.
The Buffalo Club, according to the New York Times, is “'London private club meets 1920's East Coast chophouse.” Zagat says the location features a unique supper club atmosphere replete with classic architecture, old world charm, and internationally acclaimed food—small plates of comfort food intended to be shared. Hidden in an industrial section of Santa Monica, The Buffalo club restaurant patio is surely one of the best outdoor dining experiences in LA.
For more information, contact Gretchen Lightfoot, (818) 914-7660, ext 403 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Your generous response will provide access to children and teens who would not otherwise be able to experience a NatureBridge program. We look forward to seeing you there!
