We would like you to join us for a celebration of the farm and the American Farmer. Seating33 is a gathering of 33 local chefs, farmers, and people with just a general interest in the state of our food system and the world. We are going to be featuring chefs from all over the country, but food from right in the area. With a topic of discussion and movie for the evening. How do we get a farm going. How do we open a restaurant? How do we keep the American farm going, get youth involved and prevent the "aging out" of local farmers.
This event will also feature a tribute to Dorothy Pavolka, a local farmer who recently passed way after working and living on Pavolka Fruit Farm for more than 80 years.
This meal is a tribute to the American Farmer who grows the way nature intended and the only preservative is the preservation of way of life.
Please help support it!
