This will be an exclusive opportunity for a very limited number of students (and their lucky guests who can come for dinner).
Time always seems to fly by and it’s time for our fourth and final class! The chefs of Chez Nanou will be offering hands-on cooking instruction of a seasonal 3 course meal in the comfort of their cozy restaurant kitchen. In order for participants to get a comfortable and intensive experience, class size will be limited to 4 participants.
WHEN: Tuesday, September 17th, at Chez Nanou from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm. (class will begin promptly at 5 o’clock, so please arrive a few minutes early!) Class will be followed by an intimate group dinner at 7:00, featuring the food prepared. Dinner guests are invited to arrive at 6:45 pm.

Magret de Canard à l’orange (Duck Breast with Orange Sauce)
Clafouti aux Prunes (Plum Clafouti)
PRICE: Cost for class participation is $60 (plus processing fees) and includes all ingredients, tools, instruction, recipes to take home, a 3 course dinner, and two glasses of wine with dinner. (Additional beverages available for purchase). Each student is invited to bring one guest to dinner for $20 additional.
