Our Summer Series provides shorter classes with a focus on perfecting a few recipes. This class will focus on preparing fantastic seafood. Linguine Vongole takes only minutes to make, is delicious, and surprisingly cost effective. Tired of over cooking Shrimp? Our Cilantro Lime Shrimp is easy to prep and cooks quickly too. We'll guide you through skewering techniques and our secret catering trick when skewer burn through. The perfect side is a Cilantro rice with an amazing green hue to complement the shrimp. Finally we'll make a sea bass ice cream for dessert. Just kidding, but now that we have your attention, sign up and enjoy!
