"Embrace the Disruption: Why Change is Necessary." Is based on the Huffington Post article by the same name. It discusses our mental and physical reaction to change, and the role resiliency plays in successfully navigating our way through the inevitable disruptive events each of us face throughout the unpredictable course of life.

Elisa brings 20+years of personal and professional experience as a wife, mother, business woman and entrepreneur. Her current focus is channeled on helping others attain excellence and balance in their lives.
