Big Beef Bonanza
Four of the top chefs from the Scrumptious Chef cooking team will be raising the Akaushi Beef banner at Tamale House East, one night only, on Saturday March 2nd 2013.
This rare Japanese Wagyu beef is being sourced from Heartbrand out of Yoakum, Texas.
Heartbrand is internationally recognized as being one of the top purveyors of this exotic meat on earth.
There will be multiple courses, all a la carte, including Chicken Fried Steak, Texas Red Chili, Texas Hot Sausage, Chili Con Queso, and Heritage Pork Bacon Cheese Burgers among a litany of other plates.
There will also be a keg of Live Oak Schwartz Bier, a black seasonal lager as well as wine.
Doors at 6pm
This is our 9th event and we typically sell out of food in about 2 hours.
