The Scrumptious Chef cooking team are invading Tamale House East for this, their 12th event. Austin's longest running pop up restaurant party will be cooking a vast coterie of dishes from Oaxaca al Gusto, Diana Kennedy's landmark of Mexican cuisine. Expect Red Wattle Heritage Pork braised in banana leaves, vegetarian banana leaf steamed tamales stuffed with fresh masa and mole as well as a host of side dishes. Austin's Cream Team, the city champions of gourmet queso will be at the affair doling out big bowls brimming with their award winning cheese dip. 7pm Drinks & Appetizers 7:30pm Supper
