If you haven’t heard of Arepas, prepare to have a foodie epiphany! Served with almost every meal, arepas are traditional South American cornmeal patties often eaten instead of bread. They can be stuffed and served with an infinite variety of ingredients, both sweet and savory. In this class you’ll learn to make your own, fill them with a flavorful spread and wash it all down with a sweet beverage. This is a hands-on class with plenty of samples.
