Don't miss out on the Science Trivia Night, sponsored by the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences! Test your brainpower and see if you can outwit your friends and new acquaintances by knowing everything--or almost everything--about current scientific issues. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team.
Submit your questions in advance--ten questions will be chosen from those sent in by email or shared with the Koshland Science Museum's Facebook community.
Put together a team of friends, or come and meet new people while enjoying this fun and engaging night of science trivia and discussion. Topics will test your knowledge on the science of sleep, the content of the newly opened Life Lab exhibit, and other hot topics in science.
Tickets are $10, or $7 for students, and can be purchased at the door. Food, wine, and beer are free with the admission fee. Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended as space is limited. Admission includes light snacks, and prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-place winners.
The Koshland Science Museum invites teens and adults to interact with the issues in a thought-provoking setting. Whether exploring on their own or with friends, visitors have the opportunity to use science to solve problems and to engage in stimulating conversations. The Koshland Science Museum is located at 525 E Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. For more information, visit www.koshland-dc.org or call 202-334-1201.
