Schuylkill Shindig 2014
Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (EDT)
Join the Friends of Schuylkill Banks (FOSB) from 6pm-9pm on Saturday, June 7th on Schuylkill Banks under the Walnut Street Bridge for the Schuylkill Shindig, presented by Brandywine Realty Trust!
Enjoy tons of food and drinks, including savory items from Pitruco and Farm Truck, treats from Pure Sweets and Shake Shack, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. DJ Eddie Tully will keep the beats flowing, Posey Booth will snap pics of you with your friends, and we hope to have local artists who will paint pieces inspired by the Banks or surrounding neighborhoods that will be completed and auctioned off during the event (more details soon).
Proceeds from this event will go towards general maintenance and operations on Schuylkill Banks, one of Philadelphia's greenest treasures.
Children 12 and under are free with paid adult. The event is held rain or shine - we'll have plenty of covered space in case of rain!
Special thanks to our sponsors!
