SCHOOL AGE: Raising Girls w/ Healthy Self-Esteem--In and Out of the Classroom
Wednesday, November 16, 2011 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (PST)
Palo Alto, CA
Media, peers and pop culture have a powerful influence on young girls. Yet what happens in the home has the power to overcome any outside influence. This class will offer practical strategies and solutions for raising your daughter with healthy self-esteem to develop into a strong, self-confident woman in and out of the classroom. The class will help you define your daughters’ strengths and set realistic and attainable expectations and will help you to feel confident that the extent of your involvement is helping instead of hindering.
