Wanna get your hands meaty? Learn one of the oldest forms of preserving meat in our hands on sausage making class. We’ll go over the purchasing of the meat, spicing the meat, grinding of the meat and the stuffing of the meat as well as sanitation and hygiene of the kitchen. Make sausage from around the world - in this class Chorizo, Italian and Bratwurst are on the menu.
All equipment and aprons will be provided for use during the class.
Class starts promptly at start time.
As we will be cooking and using sharp objects, closed toed shoes are required.
No one under the age of 18.
