Event Details

Wanna get your hands meaty? Learn one of the oldest forms of preserving meat in our hands on sausage making class. 

We’ll go over the purchasing of the meat, spicing the meat, grinding of the meat and the stuffing of the meat as well as sanitation and hygiene of the kitchen. 

Make sausage from around the world - in this class we will be making Chorizo, spicy Italian, and Bratwurst sausages. 

Bring a cooler so that you can take some sausage home to cook up for breakfast!

All equipment and aprons will be provided for use during the class.

Class starts promptly at start time. 

As we will be cooking and using sharp objects, closed toed shoes are required.

No one under the age of 18.

Tickets are non-refundable.
