As a response to God's charge for us to love one another and help those in need, this is going to be a fantastic weekend of teaching, connecting, fun, worship and serving families that were deeply impacted by the hurricane.
Doors will open at 6:30pm on Friday, November 30th at St. Paul's Church on 471 Mansfield Avenue in Darien, CT. Programming with start at 7:00pm and will include some games and mixer activities, worship, teaching and small group discussions.
On Saturday morning after breakfast, we will head to Red Bank, NJ - an area by the coast that was one of the hardest hit by Superstorm Sandy. There we will work with Aslan Youth Ministries, a ministry that works with impoverished areas of Monmouth County. As they assess the damage over the next couple weeks, we will be assisting on the ground level with families who were deeply impacted by the storm.
