Sandra Tibbs is a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Group Leader of the San Antonio chapter of NeuroLeadership. She is the owner of Neverest Solutions, a consulting and coaching company that focuses on leadership development. Sandra is focused on NeuroLeadership, researching and keeping abreast of the most current information and sharing these findings with new, emerging leaders in the community. She has a passion for coaching executives into new levels of leadership and understanding others by examining how the brain works.
Ela Ponder is an experienced Interpersonal Skills Trainer and Business Coach with small to Fortune 500 organizations in strategic planning, team building, employee motivation and leadership training. She has a keen ability to build relationships quickly and target issues so that they can be efficiently resolved before becoming larger hurdles. Ela has been called upon numerous times to analyze and advise expanding organizations experiencing pain points and needing the mission critical cohesiveness to create sustainability. One example would be the ability to implement transparency and efficient communication channels across all departments of an organization.
