Event Details

Michael Moss, a Pulitzer Prize winning author and investigative reporter for the New York Times, will be at Temple to discuss his research and reporting on the processed food industry.  Already a 2010 receipient of the Pulitzer Prize for Explanatory Reporting for his investigation of the dangers of contaminated meat, Moss researched how simple additives in the American diet are contributing to the obesity epidemic. His book Salt Sugar Fat: How the Food Giants Hooked Us was published by Random House in 2013.
