SALT - Saddleback Advanced Leadership Training

SALT is a monthly rally that will encourage, uplift, inspire, and equip you to be a more skilled and effective leader. The rally will provide:

• Advanced training from Pastor Rick on how to be a skilled leader.
• Insider information about the latest happenings in our church family.
• Thrilling reports and testimonies from our campuses and ministries.
• Commissioning of new 301 graduates into their ministries.
• Monthly awards and recognitions of volunteer leaders in our church.
• Heartfelt worship through music.

Did you know that over 20,000 people volunteer every week at Saddleback, serving in over 500 different ministries of our church family? There’s no building big enough to hold all of Saddleback’s core members, so we will be broadcasting SALT to our campuses for our entire church family to connect and learn together.
