SALSAtlanta 10.3: The 3-Day Cuban Party

Atlanta, June 7, 8 and 9th, 2013

3 days of salsa dance in Atlanta featuring from Havana Cuba: Alexander Abreu & Havana d'Primera, international DJs, dance performances, world-class instructors, and more — all under one roof.

Weekend highlights:
• Dance workshops: Friday, Saturday & Sunday starting at 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM
• Salsa Parties: Friday, Saturday and Sunday doors open at 9:00 PM featuring 4 international DJs
• Alexander Abreu & Havana d'Primera: For first time in Atlanta, directly from Havana Cuba. Saturday 9:00 PM
• Musicallity workshops: Yoruba singing, percussion and musicallity workshops on Saturday from 10:00 AM

Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations will be subject to a $50 service charge.
• Cancellations after May 1, 2013 will only be refunded 50%.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations after Noon on May 15, 2013.
• Cancelations can only be accepted from the original ticket holder and refunded using the same form of payment.
• Lost or stolen tickets are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder. A new ticket can only be issued if the original ticket has not been scanned.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The event is opened to all ages.

 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is 2 parking lots walking distance from the venue.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You cannot bring alcohol. Also it is smoke free, no smoking allowed.
What to bring: Confortable shoes, you will be dancing all day. No special shoes required. bring snack for day workshops, and even pack a lunch if you have special dietery needs. There will be 2 Food Trucks parked outside on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 2:00 PM.

Yes, it is transferrable

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We recommend it in case we do not have your name on the list. Also bring your ID

 

What is the refund policy?

• Cancellations will be subject to a $50 service charge.
