The Salmon Cook-Off features favorite local and regional eateries as they face-off in a mouth-watering competition with local celebrity judges. Try and taste a variety of highly creative salmon dishes served in ways you never thought possible.
Industry representatives are on hand to answer questions and educate patrons about wines, beer, and hard cider. Enjoy bountiful wines from Michigan wineries, Rycenga’s Purple Romp Grape Stomping Competition, and over 50 different wine and 10 different beer samples available to taste.
