Who: Volunteers of all ages are welcome; minors under 18 require a signed waiver and children 12 require an accompanying adult unless prior approval is obtained from the workday supervisor. Groups can contact Claire Elliott (firstname.lastname@example.org) for their own special program dates/hours.
What: Celebrate Saint Patricks Day by enhancing habitat on Little Saint Francis (AKA San Fracisquito) Creek, Sunday March 17, from 2- 4:30 PM. Help protect native plants, remove "weeds" and look for pots of gold and four leaf clovers on a beautiful stretch of creek bank in the Creekshire (AKA Crescent Park) neighborhood of Palo Alto.
Where: Intersection of Palo Alto Avenue and Everett Ave., Palo Alto
Please bring: A reusable water bottle and dress for outdoor work (sturdy shoes and long pants recommended). We provide gloves and tools. Minors under 18 must bring a waiver form signed by a parent.
