This session is for Sage CRM Certified Consultants and Business Partners that are interested in expanding their knowledge around Sage CRM. This course is designed for staff that have a familiarity with Sage CRM. This event will be technical in nature for 3/4 of the content and will focus on Sales Enablement resources for 1/4 of the event.
The morning of day one will start with what you need to know on how to position Sage CRM, who is your best candidate to adopt it, departments you never thought would need it and how to look for potential Sage CRM opportunities within your client base. If you are owner, salesperson or consultant this interactive portion will help you be better in working with your customers to adopt Sage CRM and to configure it to meet their needs. As a part of the morning session please bring details of one potential client you would like to approach about Sage CRM, or one you lost to another CRM or customers who you cannot get their attention on about Sage CRM. We will ask for audience participation so everyone can learn!
In the remaining day and half, you will learn how to configure and build a Workflow, set up and demonstrate E-mail Management, create Interactive Dashboard gadgets utilizing Sage ERP data via SQL & SData.
This is a BYOL (bring your own laptop), hands-on session. Your laptop needs to have Sage CRM 7.1 (7.2 standalone is fine as well) installed and running. There will be NO time allocated during the session to setup, configure or install Sage CRM 7.1 or 7.2 standalone. Having the Sage 300 ERP or the Sage 100 ERP Premium Integration installed is encouraged but not required. A portion of the session will focus on the use of SQL views and or SData feeds pulling Sage 300 ERP or the Sage 100 ERP data into the Sage CRM Interactive Dashboard Gadgets.
This session is for Sage CRM Certified Consultants and or Business Partners ONLY that are interested in expanding their knowledge around Sage CRM. If you are a Business Partner owner or manager and you are trying to decide who from your staff should attend these sessions, will here is a short list of who would benefit from attending these sessions.
- Sales People that want to have a deeper understanding of the capabilities of Sage CRM
- Developers who are new to Sage CRM
- Support Staff
This course assumes that all the above listed personas have a basic understanding of Sage CRM and can navigate inside the product.
