1st Annual Tailgate Throwdown
Featuring Saag's Sausages

Six of San Francisco's top chefs will compete to create the best tailgate recipe featuring local sausage from Saag's Specialty Meats. The winning chef/Top Dog will receive $250 and bragging rights. However, the best part of the competition is that YOU get to vote and and see if your favorite matches with those of our judges from: Bay Guardian, YELP, The Gene Burns Show, 7x7 Magazine, and FunCheap SF.
Kelvin Ott (Trés), David Lawrence (1300 on Fillmore), Dean Dupuis (Pican), Spencer O'Meara (Paragon), Pat Wachter (Sneaky's BBQ), and Morgan Robinson (Smoke Open Fire Cooking).
All the grillin' action takes place at Tres Restaurant near AT&T Park.
Your $10 Admission Gets You:
Tastes of each competing dish, a selection of Saag's sausages + tasty sides (including potato salad, cole slaw, and more).
Take-home a Saag's SWAG Bag full of recipes, sausage samples, and other goodies.
