WEIGH-INS:        4:30pm-7pm Friday (4/19); 8am-9:30am Saturday (4/20) at RVAPT
RULES:            9:30am

 

DIVISIONS:        <175, Open Lightweight (176-200, 201-231), Heavyweight (232-265, 265+)

            Novice (200/201+), Women (140/141+), Master (231/232+)

WEIGHT CLASSES:    All NAS weight classes with 3 or more registered competitors

 

EVENTS:            Log Press for Max, Yoke Race, Axle Deadlift for Reps, FW/Tire Medley, Alpha Stone

AWARDS:        All contested weight classes and divisions will receive awards TBD

 

ENTRY FEES:         50 dollars to enter– Entries received are non-refundable

Log Press for Max Weight

Progressive bar; 3 attempts, Wessels rule; 60sec per attempt

20lb jumps

Down signal must be received for any lift to count.

Belt buckles must be to the back with no “build-up” on the front.

 

Yoke Race

80’ carry (40’down, drop and turn, 40’back). 1 drop allowed each direction. 60sec limit.

Novice         500 – (450/550)

Lightweights     650

Heavyweights     750

 

Axle Deadlift for Reps

No straps or suits allowed; 60sec

 

Women         250 – (200/240/270)

Farmers Walk and Tire Flip medley

50’ carry and 3-5 flips by tire and division; 60sec limit

Women: 130-lb handles/tire TBD (FW 110/130/150)

Novice: 200-lb handles/tire TBD (FW 180/220)

Lightweight: 250-lb handles/tire TBD

Heavyweight: 280-lb handles/tire TBD

 

Max Atlas Stone

Stones will be placed around a 46.5/52.5” platform.  Athletes will have 60 seconds to place up to 3 stones on the platform.  Heaviest stone in the fastest time wins.
