Part I on October 7, 2013 was so successful and so much fun, that we decided to do a sequel. Join us for another evening of amazingly creative cuisine and fun with a very special dinner that will combine and fuse some of the great dishes of Russia with the flavors and cuisine of New Orleans. Chef Vladimir Gribkov of Russian House Restaurant of Austin and his staff will team up with Chef Henri Alciatore from the famous Antoine's Restaurant family of New Orleans to bring you another unique dining experience.
The menu for this dinner will both challenge and tantalize your palette with dishes featuring either a classic Russian dish paired with a New Orleans dish or a Russian-NOLA fusion dish. Also, each dish will be paired with either wine or one of Russian House's signature infused vodkas.
