runTAM Olympian Magda Boulet and professional coach Tom Kloos will lead all clinic sessions, along with support from professional runners of the Bay Area Track Club.
Clinics will cover all aspects of running: injury prevention, strength & conditioning, health & nutrition, motivation, and more, each tailored for age group and ability.

Building a better runner, from the ground up (Middle/High School runners)
9-Noon, January 2nd - 4th
Get prepared for your best season yet with guidance from professional athletes. From toe to head, you will be given tools and techniques to improve your running, stay injury-free, and to excel at the next level. Sessions will cover essential drills for a stronger athlete, and teach the training zones to optimize fitness.
Faster is Funner (Youth, K-5th)
1-4 PM, January 2nd - 4th
Three days of fitness and fun to finish Winter Break! Kids will be introduced to a variety of athletic activities, including running, jumping, throwing, hurdling, and sprinting.
Clinics will introduce running as a healthy activity, but focus on all-around athletics.
New Year, New You (Adult, All ages and abilities)
5-7 PM, January 2nd - 4th
Start 2013 with your best foot forward! runTAM Peak Performance Coaching 3-day clinic will provide you the best guidelines to train in the new year. Be motivated to train hard, and be informed to train smart! Each evening session will cover a different component of training and running.
