What is this?
We've partnered with One Medical Group to offer Run Clinic San Francisco, a comprehensive running clinic for runners of all levels and abilities. Our goal is to help people to run better and prevent injuries by providing a comprehensive assessment of their physical health, running mechanics and nutrition.
What do You Get?
Participants will meet with a sports medicine physician, a physical therapist, a nutrition expert and then wrap up back with the physician. Runners work with these 3 professionals over the course of about 80 minutes to learn what they can do to support their bodies and better achieve their running goals.
Whether you want to begin running, increase mileage, improve times, avoid injury or change & optimize training routines Run Clinic San Francisco can help. Runners who have run into problems increasing mileage, reducing times and achieving their goals are perfect candidates. We address your goals and how best to achieve them, along with strength & flexibility, shoe selection, training routine and optimal nutrition to support your goals. All of the clinical experts at Run Clinic San Francisco have experience with competitive runners as well as those wanting to begin a running program for the first time. They are excited to help people at all levels of conditioning, understanding and competition, as long as they are motivated and want help to support their bodies and better achieve their running goals.
Start times for the Run Clinic begin at 5pm and go every 10 minutes until 6pm, on April 2. When you sign up, please let us know what time you prefer and we will email you back to confirm the exact time.
