This is a Ruckus Run event titled "Urban Assault" this is the real deal. Come out and see if you really have what it takes or you just think you have what it takes?
Enjoyable group PT on the beautiful Santa Monica Beach guided by Pops, followed by a brief scenic run thru urban Santa Monica.
If you need transportation, please let me know prior to the event. Again, this is a one-day fitness challenge designed to raise the bar every so high and to bring out the very best of you under the challenging and changing format we call The Ruckus Run.
We will stimulate every weakness that you find and leave it in the sand when you leave.
We train the way we fight; there is no second place, no do-over and no excuses!
1. What to wear?
I would like to see everyone in cammies pant (woodland), but don't go out and buy anything, black workout short work just as well
2. Do I need my cell phone?
Yes, one part of the training will require use of Google Maps
3. What kind of food should we bring?
Power bars or whatever you want to bring and carry on your person
4. How much water should I bring?
2 liters at least, but we will have more water at the event.
If you have one bring it, you carry it!
6. Can you bring a friend or invite other people?
Yes as long as they don't slow you or us down or complain or quit

9. Will this help me?
The only easy day was yesterday! This is not just about your fitness levels

We are not swimming
11. What if I can't swim?
You can still attend, see # 10
12. What about the bell?
If you have to ask don't attend (but it will be on hand for those that want to make the pain stop)
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must bring an ID
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Do not bring anything that will inhibit your ability to perform at your very best. This is a challenging event so bring your A-game or bring nothing at all.
