Rounding the Postmodern Turn

Daniel Hawk, Professor of Old Testament and Hebrew

Dr. Dan Hawk will lead participants on a wide-ranging tour of the world views and convictions  that mark the transition from Modernism to Postmodernism. By looking at how each perspective is expressed through literature and the arts, Dr. Hawk will introduce assumptions and values that shape a culture and church in transition. He will conclude with practical observations on the impact of these shifts for worship, doctrine, discipleship, organization, mission, and the presentation of the gospel.

Sandberg Leadership Center, Room 303/304

Oct. 20, 9-12, 0.3 CEU, $20.
