Hanson Inc. is sponsoring a physical location for this virtual event at no cost to our friends in the User Experience community. We have room for 60-70 people: however, about 30 people can sit at a table (for working), and the remainder would have chair seating towards the back. Therefore, seating will be on a "first come" basis. We should have some limited access to outlets for powering up.
We're asking everyone who wants to attend to register, so that we have space and service available.
LOCATION: See map and address info. We expect mainly locals, but if you want to drive in from Ann Arbor, or elsewhere, you are welcome! We are on the second floor. (Of course, if you cannot be in Toledo, you should consider buying your own personal ticket for the event for $179 and watch from your own location.)
SCHEDULE: The first speaker is scheduled for 10am, but you should plan to arrive before that, as early as 9am is fine. The event runs until 5pm.
FOOD/DRINKS: Hanson will provide beverages (coffee, tea, water and soft drinks) throughout the day. You could bring a lunch and put it in our fridge, or step out for lunch, or we have an option for you to have us bring in lunch from Panera Bread (salad/sandwiches) for $10. Lunch is scheduled for 1-2pm EST.
