Every Sunday from April 1 - April 29 from 7am -745am Roll Out and 745 - 9am Beachside Yoga!

This is the GC baby and it's always summer (well practically ;-). You have to make sure your body is beach ready and workout ready at all times! 

 If you answer YES to one of the questions below, this 90 -minute Rolling Out class 

will be your best friend…

HOW IT WORKS:

Rolling out is a method used by sports conditioning coaches with their premier athletes.  Some describe it as a workout meets massage, and it's intense.  It opens up the muscle tissue thereby increasing range of motion, blood flow and preventing injuries.  It delivers visible results FAST because It works with the fascia and makes every part of your workout more efficient.  You will see longer muscles as tension is worked out.

Tension is one the reason for short, thick stocky muscles vs long lean enviable muscles.  It wakes up dormant muscles, breaks up fatty tissue and helps your body release fatty acids and toxins, thereby reducing cellulite, ab fat and saddlebags, bad posture, and body pain.

Everyone needs to bring their own Foam Roller and preferably a yoga mat. The yoga mat is not required, although helpful. You CAN attend without a foam roller for information purposes only if you desire. Attendees will also receive a Rolling Out Plan so you will know how to do it on your own!  However, this class is so informative, effective, and fun, that you may find yourself asking l to roll with me weekly! ;-)

**I will be holding 1 Roll With Me Class per week, after our initial 90 minute workshop, on Sundays from 7am-745am until April 29th, 2012 for those of you who are keen to continue learning and nurturing your body and mind.

I also have an option avaialable for you to do 2 hrs with me on Sundays, 45 mins of rolling out immediately followed with 1 hour and 15 mins of  amazing, Vinyasa Flow YOGA!!

NOTE:  

Ongoing Foam Roller Classes Are $15 For 45 Minutes, But The Cost Of THIS Class On 25/03/2012 IS ONLY $10 FOR 90 MINUTES!

To purchase ongoing roll with me classes + the yoga class to follow it please check above for this event package for purchase. If you do both you get them for $25 total!! Yoga by itself is $12 a class. You can also purchase packages of 5 ongoing roll with me classes, 5 ongoing roll + yoga sessions, and/or 5 ongoing sessions of yoga. YOGA will begin on April 1st!
