After a drunken night out dancing and looking at eye candy, Reginald somehow manages to make it home and finds his wife Raquel, still up. She starts badgering him with accusations of cheating all the way to the bathroom. And starts on him again when he comes out of the bathroom about how she doesn’t like his friends, especially one in particular. Raquel tells Reginald that she feels they need to see a relationship counselor. He is somewhat bias to the notion, but after further thought and reasons why, he decides to go along with it.
The next day, they visit a small counseling agency where the attractive receptionist gives them a hard time before letting them see the therapist. After going back and forth on whose fault it was for them being there, they decide to sign up for a free three day trial program where the therapist says “the program will allow them to see things from one another’s point of views”.
Later that evening back home, they become overwhelmingly tired and sleepy. Raquel decides to go and take a nap while Reginald stays in the living room and falls asleep momentarily on the couch. The next morning, the chaos begins… somehow, they’ve switched bodies and the unfamiliar gender parts cause quite a wet moment when they try and use the bathrooms. They begin to believe that this out of body experience is somehow tied to the contract they signed with the relationship counselor.
But when they go back to the agency, they find out from the receptionist, that the therapist is out of the office for the next three days. All seems to be lost, until they remember that the contract is good for just three days. Now, all they have to do is hold it together no matter what secrets and situations come about through this switch.
The only way it seems they can do this is “Role Play”… and who would’ve thought the roles would change like this to save the relationship…?
