Please read the terms of the RockSolid Race Volunteer Agreement below: RockSolid Race Volunteer Agreement As a member of the RockSolidCrew I agree to: - arrive on site before my shift and be ready to start my shift at the time specified - be a positive, proactive member of the RockSolidRace team - approach all tasks allocated to me in a professional way - conduct myself appropriately when speaking with race participants and spectators - be engaged with the tasks given to me and have a flexible approach to the role - follow reasonable instructions from my team supervisor I have read and accepted the terms outlined below regarding my participation as a volunteer in the RockSolidRace and I acknowledge that: I. I have read and reviewed the details of what participation in the Event entails as is set out on RSE’s website www.rocksolidrace.com; I have also read the Race Rules on the RockSolidRace website: (http://www.rocksolidrace.com/course-rules.html) and agree to uphold them as a member of the RockSolid Volunteer Crew. II. I confirm that am physically fit enough to perform the following tasks during your role as a RockSolidRace Volunteer, including: standing for prolonged periods, walking for up to one mile. I have declared any medical conditions where relevant to fulfilling this role, such as: heart complaints, back problems, epilepsy, allergies (please specify on the form above) III. I hereby acknowledge that information collated on the Volunteer Agreement Form submitted by me may be shared with other organisers of the Event. The information you provide on this form will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. IV. I hereby irrevocably consent to the use and reproduction by RSE and its designees of my name, and likeness, appearance in photographs, films and recordings by all means and in all media throughout the world in perpetuity. I also warrant that I am at least 15 years of age V. RSE shall not be liable for any loss or damage of personal equipment belonging to me at the Event. VI. Should I have any concerns or issues regarding my role as a RockSolid Volunteer, I will report these on the day of the event to my Team Supervisor or after the event to crew@rocksolidrace.com. VII. By checking the 'I agree' box below, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the contents of this Volunteer Agreement Form.
