• Q: Oh No! I overbooked - can I get a REFUND? A: Sorry, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances unless the entire event is cancelled.
• Q: How to I get my ticket(s)? A: Tickets are emailed to the purchaser immediately upon completion of the order. The tickets are sent to the email provided during checkout and at times may end up in spam folders, so make sure to check your email folders thoroughly. You can also download the Eventbrite app on your phone and retrieve your tickets there.
• Q: What time can I get in? A: Please check your specific ticket type description above for details as it varies by ticket type. VIP Check in begins at 4PM. Make sure to arrive on time.
• Q: Where do I sit? A: All seating is first come first served. As a VIP you have exclusive access to seating before the general public so make sure to arrive early.
• Q: What happens when? A: All VIP activities take place BEFORE show time. You must arrive on time to participate in the VIP activities - if you arrive late you will miss out and refunds (full or partial) will not be issued.
