In this class, you will learn how to make tacos and arepas (South American corn cakes) from scratch, along with a delicious variety of fillings and sauces. Perfect as a snack or a light meal, these tasty treats will surely add some spark to your summertime menu.
On the Menu: Colombian Cheese Arepas with Fried Eggs and Honey; Baja-Style Fish Tacos with Chipotle Mayo; Venezuelan Arepas with Shredded Beef and Plantains; Potato and Corn Tacos with Roasted Poblano Strips.
