How do we use WebEOC's Road Closures board?
Who closes roads and how will that be communicated?
How will we know if a road is closed? How will we know when it opens again?
What happens if a road is closed due to the disaster? Who creates the traffic plan?
What resources are available to be deployed for road closures?
